Therapy Services Provided

  • Intake Assessment

    $300 | 75 min

    This is a caregiver-only meeting where we will look at presenting concerns, family background, developmental history, any pertinent sensory regulation and medical information. We will discuss goals and create an initial treatment plan together as we begin to establish care.

  • Individual Play Therapy

    $200 | 50 min

    When in-person, the child is invited into the playroom, when online, invited to play and engage with the therapist. Play works at an experiential level, giving children the opportunity to play out real-life situations in the context (and safety) of the play in order to gain understanding about themselves and the world around them

  • Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)

    $200 | 50 min

    CPRT is an evidenced-based model in which the therapist teaches the parent to play therapeutically with their child while the therapist observes and provides strength-based coaching. This method allows caregivers to be the agent of change for their child. CPRT strengthens parent-child relationships and allows parents and children to learn new ways of being together.

  • Short-term Play Therapy

    10-30 sessions

    Available between April through December. Inquire to see if your situation and concerns may be suitable for short-term therapeutic care.

  • Caregiver Support

    $150 | 25-40min,
    every 4-6 weeks

    Caregiver partnership and consistent check-ins are vital to the success of your child’s experience in play therapy. Caregiver support may encompass parent coaching, educational consulting, providing tools and strategies integrated with current research to support your child’s needs, understand your family values, while easing your stress as a parent/caregiver.

  • Expressive Arts in Therapy

    Expressive arts—including painting, drawing, music, drama, writing—help us process complex emotions, reduce stress, and improve mental well-being. For children who struggle to verbalize their feelings, art serves as a vital communication tool and supports cathartic release. It builds confidence, fosters problem-solving skills, and develops fine motor skills while encouraging creativity and self-awareness.

  • Video Games in Therapy

    Video games in therapy combined with a supportive therapeutic relationship provides engaging, immersive opportunities to foster emotional regulation, increase sense of self, practice communication, teamwork, and empathy, cope with failure, learn from mistakes, and problem-solve in a low-stakes environment. Games offers a fun, controlled environment where a child can open up and explore difficult topics and themes in relational safety.

  1. Submit New Client Inquiry Form.

  2. Therapist will send options for 15 min phone consultation.

  3. Schedule intake appointment.

  4. Complete paperwork.

Out-of-Network Billing

I am an out-of-network (OON) provider and am not paneled with insurance. Depending on your coverage and benefits, some insurances will provide a reimbursement for OON costs. I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for this purpose. Your out-of-network coverage may reimburse but it is not guaranteed. Please ask your insurance company about your Out-of-Network Outpatient Mental Health Benefit.

Cancellation Policy

Because an appointment slot is saved for you, there will be a charge for appointments canceled or missed with less than 48 hours notice.

No Surprises Act

The Federal No Surprises Act, Title 45 Section 149.610 of the Federal Regulations, effective January 1, 2022, has created new obligations for health care providers, facilities, plans, and insurers that are intended to protect patients from receiving unexpected or “surprise” medical bills. For transparency, our fees are listed on our website and a full list can be found on our financial agreement. Length of treatment can vary based on your individual needs. It is within your rights to request an individualized Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the expected costs of services recommended to you.
